It's time to write a letter on paper. Your grandmother would love a note from you. So would Mrs. D or Mrs. List or Mrs. Hemme. Choose one or more. Write a letter that is long enough to make the recipient feel like you did it because you wanted to brighten their day. Put it in the envelope with a stamp and jog to the mailbox to mail. :)

Did you take your spelling test on Unit 14? If you did, please start Unit 15. If you did not,
please finish Unit 14 and have someone give you the spelling test. Write the words you get wrong three times.
CHRIST IS RISEN!
Lexophile" describes those that have a love for words, such as "you
can tune a piano, but you can't tuna fish", and "To write with a
broken pencil is pointless."
An annual competition is held by the New York Times to see who can
create the best original lexophile.

Some of you have completed The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. if so, go back and reread chapters 14 and 15. Ask your parents to also read those chapters. If you are not that far in the story, pick up the pace. After you and your parents have read those chapters, have a discussion with them about the similarities between Aslan's sacrifice and what Jesus went through on Holy week.
